How are you?

Our Second Newsletter of the year and we are already getting busy around here. We will soon start our trip to Dubai for the Gulf Food fair (Booth Zabeel Hall) ZF 38) this week and two weeks later Japan.... and after a year home watching little Manuela grow, Kristina will join again our long haul fair trips ( for Foodex Booth 3D01.75).
Last month we had lots of activities and tastings. We even received a "Best Wine" Prize for Arrayan Rose wine and we met a lot of friends in Madrid Fusion. Also during the gastronomy summit in Madrid we were at Enofusion, a parallel fair that is getting very interesting, even though its only the second time they organise it. And in between we have been doing our tastings, to look up new products that we can try to show you in the next coming months.So far an interesting Tonic Water, made naturally in Spain, them a great AlbariƱo wine , and the launch of our first original and made by us Olive Oil and Dry Meat (Carne Secca or Bresaola) as well as Majorcan black pork sobrasada ( Cured meat paste) all under the Salvioni & Alomar brand (S&A) that represents our love for products well crafted and with passion.
We learn lots of things meeting Mr. Nicolas Joly and its Bio Dynamic philosophy and the future of modern cuisine in Madrid Fusion.
All this things will be displayed in our Newsletter hoping that you enjoy the reading.
